Digital Twin Cities Centre kick-off

Yesterday was the (virtual) kick-off of the new Digital Twin Cities Centre, a national competence centre funded by Vinnova and hosted at the Chalmers Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering, with partners from academia, government and industry. SMoG will play an important role in shaping this open platform for building Digital Twin Cities, with Meta Berghauser Pont co-leading the Research Area on Urban Planning and Design, and Jorge Gil also contributing to the development of the platform, and research on modelling & simulation, and data management & integration.
