Understanding urban space and flows in relation to freight transport

On the 18th and 19th of October, Jorge Gil presented with Ivan Sanchez-Diaz their work on integrating urban form metrics and freight trip generation models at the VREF Conference on Urban Freight 2018, in Gothenburg. This was showcased with a poster summarising their latest research, and a plenary session presentation on the need for an integrated approach to urban form and urban freight planning.
